Ordering a Dress
6. All the outfits are curated and placed in their respective sections. Find your pick and place an order. Make sure you check the time to deliver on each product page.
7. Check the Refund, and Shipping policies available on all the product pages for more details on refunds and shipping procedures we adhere to. Ask us a question in case of any confusion. The Shipping prices are added at the checkout.
8. Additional customization on the outfits is possible in size in most cases. We will inform you if they are not. Please check with us if you are unsure. We will get the info for you.
Payment
9. We accept Razorpay checkout and many international cards for payments.
10. If you are from India, use Razorpay checkout to pay for the order with your credit or debit card.
11. If you want to pay using UPI. Please find the link for the same on each product page and the cart page.
Post Purchase
12. Our team reaches out to you and confirms the order. In rare cases of unavailability of the item, we shall ask you to swap the order or refund you the amount.
13. We give you the option to choose more customized details to provide on your order in the Measurements form.
Delivery
14. Our shipment leaves for delivery and we send you the tracking code for the same.

Return & Refund Policy
ASSISTANCE WITH REFUND
Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal. www.sharanya.net.in has a very simple return and exchange policy. We will gladly accept back any product in its original packing within 24 Hours of you receiving your product if you are not happy with the product for any of the reason mentioned below . You will need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the product .
We have a “Total Buyer Security Program” Where in our buyers are protected in the following cases:-
- Defective Product Received
- Wrong Product Received
Please Note
- Customers can get in touch with us over a call / WhatsApp During Business Hours and send their grievances over an email with all details of the issue in regard with the garment within 24 Hours Of receiving the same .
- Return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer.
It takes 15 Working days to process your refund after receiving your product back. - If the returned product doesn’t pass the quality check, we shall ship back to customer. Exchange is subject to availability of stock also your new order will be dispatched to customer within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment
- All returns request need to be put on an email with images attached and the problem completely stated. Please also mention your order number, name and contact number with your returns request. We request you to not ship your return parcels until approved to send by us. There are chances that you might lose your parcel in such cases as the returns facility will have no track of the returned parcel sent without intimation. We are not responsible for the loss of goods that are sent without intimation. No refund/request/replacement will be provided for goods sent without intimation.

Please note Sharanya shall not refund any amount whatsoever, we will however provide customers with credit note which can be used for further purchases on the website
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
- Refund will only be processed for par of orders that cannot be fulfilled by us / if we are unable to fulfill our obligations.
- If the payment was made by Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will reverse credit to the same Credit/ Debit Card or credit to your Net-Banking account within 15 working days.
- If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we will transfer the amount to your Bank account or by cheque.
- Shipping Charges and Cash on Delivery charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- If the payment is made through Coupons/ vouchers or Reward Points no refund will be granted.
- No refund will be initiated, if we receive customized product from the customer’s end.
- Refunds are subject to the availability of the replacement product. Refunds will be processed only if they cannot be replaced.
- Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return
- Sharanya will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.
- Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- Customized products/ Altered Products cannot be returned or exchanged from the company end.
SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION COLOUR & DESCRIPTION:
- The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
- While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
- A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
- It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following:
- Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
- Many a times green and blue shades also overlap. same is the case with off white, white and cream colors. Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
- Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
- Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.

Shipping Policy
- We offer free express shipping to residents in India. Shipments can be made worldwide through the most reliable international courier services like DHL, TNT, and FedEx.
- Overseas shipping cost is based on the product weight as per the delivery location. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout.
- Worldwide delivery is available to any postal address. Courier services do not accept P.O. Box addresses, so please provide us with your full address with the zip code. Based on location and product weight, overseas shipping costs vary.
- Our shipping process does not include VAT / Customs fees or import duties. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or charges imposed by their country. We have no control over these fees or charges and cannot predict them, but they may be charged depending on the regulations of different countries
- Our aim is to deliver the goods on time, but in some cases, there may be shipping delays beyond our control. There will be no refund, return, replacement, or exchange in this instance.
- Each product has a shipping date listed on the page. Our average shipment period is 3 to 4 weeks.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- We will email you to let you know if there is a delay in shipping due to a product being out of stock, a delay in manufacturing it, or an exceptional delay.
- We will send you the shipping Label information once the shipment leaves the Store location.
- In the rare case of loss of a product, our team will coordinate with our shipping partners and you for a successful resolution.
If the product is out of stock
If the product is out of stock, you can connect with us on whatsapp and give your measurements and we will restock and send the product to you in 25-30 days.
